Our taxi drivers are required, at times, to work with children and vulnerable adults so they all are vetted by the police. They have undergone an enhanced DBS check – Disclosure and Barring service check. This is the highest level of check which shows all the details of any criminal record. It includes any spent convictions, reprimands, cautions, warnings and convictions. Only after satisfying the check can the driver be granted a taxi license to operate. The license is the granted by North Herts District Council.
Being a family run business, we are the drivers as well as the administrators. For this reason we find it easier to correspond via email.
